Vale Rufina Tarulli,
The Aquinas Old Collegians Football Club Community lost one of its most treasured supporters when Rufina Tarulli passed away on the evening of 14th of October.
Rufina was the mother of our club legend, and most decorated player Marcello (Marchie), his sister Mirella and his brother Michael, who is also a past player.
In addition she leaves her husband Michael, daughter in-law Wendy, son in law Charlie and her seven adored grandchildren, Grace, Gabriel, Amelia, Sofia, Bianca, Carla and Romi.
Rufina and Michael moved to their current home in Mitcham prior to starting their family.
She celebrated her childrens’s acheivements as was evident to any visitor to their home who would be shown to the trophy cabinet holding pride of place in the living room.
Rufina was typically stoic all the way as she battled her illness.
Our prayers and thoughts extend to her family in this time of great sadness.
