Matt Aver Returns To Bloods Stadium

Matt Aver will play for Aquinas in 2020.

It’s difficult to think of a more exciting Christmas present for the Bloods faithful than to see one of the club’s most talented exports coming back to wear the red and black and green.

Some nine years after heading to Norwood to test himself against – and get the better of – the strongest the Eastern Football League has to offer, he’s coming home to join his …

Vale Tyson Noyes

It is with great sadness that we have to let people know that our wonderful young team mate, Tyson Noyes, has passed away as a result of a tragic accident.

Tyson was a skilled, tough, competitive player who could influence a game with his courage.

We will always be grateful for the impact he had on our club in a short space of time.

Rest In Peace Tyson…. forever young

Vale Tony Megens

Tony was one of the largely unseen members of our community.

Went to Aquinas but never played for the Old Collegians, but you could always find him on a Saturday afternoon in winter standing on the hill overlooking the bottom oval cheering on his favourite local side.  Generally with his two boys running around him.

Our thoughts are with Moira, Ben and Josh at this sad time.

RIP Tony…
