On Sunday the Aquinas Family lost one of it’s finest. Rick was a student at Aquinas then later became a teacher at The College. Rick was a very popular teacher specialising in all things sport.
Many of us at the Old Collegians would have great memories of PE with Rick. Ricks support was always there for the AOCFC even though his passion was for the “world game”. Without Rick, I still would have no idea what offside was.
His dedication to sport at Aquinas will be forever remembered.
Rick was a husband, father and grand father. He was 59.
