NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

An AGM is to be held on Wednesday 16 November 2016 from 8:00pm in the Aquinas OCFC Clubrooms.

 

AGENDA:

Present – All members are required to sign the attendance sheet

Welcome – Apologies

Minutes (Previous AGM – 25 November 2015) – Acceptance and Business Arising

 

PROXIES:

  1. a member may appoint another member as proxy for this meeting;
  2. the appointment must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment;

and
