Club President Ian Shaw will receive the keys for the new pavilion this week.
We are still waiting for the power to be connected and for the elevator and data centre to be commissioned and as such at this stage we will only have access to the ground floor, which includes change rooms.
As a result our women’s home game scheduled for June 17 against Brunswick will have access to the brand new change room facilities on the ground floor.

The latest update we have from Maroondah Council at this stage is that everything within the building is complete they are just waiting on the power company to connect mains power to the site.
Once this is complete the final commissioning of the elevator as well as the data centre can be completed and the building can be officially occupied and opened.
The timing at this stage is imminent for the power supply (though ultimately in the hands of the power company) and once power is supplied the commissioning process will take 2-3 weeks.
We are aiming for handover towards the back half of June at this stage and once we have a date penciled in we will update our supporters.
We are planning a large event as the official Aquinas OCFC opening of the facility and will have a date announced shortly, this will be separate to the official opening that the Council and politicians will hold.
